Da’Shalone Ross
Da’Shalone Ross is a dedicated License Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for helping individuals, families, and communities navigate life’s most challenging moments. A proud graduate of Southern University and A&M College and Clark Atlanta University, Da’Shalone brings both academic excellence and real-world experience to her practice.
With over a decade of service in the social work field, Da’Shalone has built an impactful career across multiple areas of need including child welfare, substance abuse, mental health, and suicide prevention. Her holistic and compassionate approach centers on empowering clients, advocating for vulnerable populations, and fostering resilience in the face of adversity.

Throughout her career, Da’Shalone has worked with diverse populations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and long-term support. Whether she is working one-on-one with clients or contributing to system wide initiatives, her commitment to advocacy, cultural competency, and ethical practice remains unwavering.
As a mental health professional, she believes in meeting people where they are, offering trauma-informed, strengths-based support tailored to each individual’s unique journey. Her work is grounded in empathy, education, and a deep-rooted belief in the power of healing and transformation.
When she’s not working, Da’Shalone enjoys mentoring future social workers, engaging in community outreach, and staying connected to the causes she cares about.
